Erne West Evangelical Church

As a church family we meet at 11.30am and 7.00pm on Sundays. Children aged 4-13 meet for Sunday School at 10.30am and some of these join with the rest of the congregation for the worship services. Crèche facilities are available during services with large viewing area and audio relay.

Children: On Tuesday evenings, 6.30pm - 7.30pm around 30 children from the local community come together for the weekly Good News Club. The children enjoy good Bible teaching and the occasional 'fun' night.

Youth: The "Gig" (God is good youth evening). Friday nights in the Church Hall at 8.00pm

Prayer: Prayer is vital and as a church fellowship we meet on Wednesday evenings at 8.00pm for prayer and Bible teaching. On the last Saturday of each month we meet for a special time of prayer in which we pray more generally for the church and the nation.

Part of the Community:  We believe it is important for us as a church to be part of the community. On the last Saturday of each month folks from various backgrounds join with us for our 'Friendship Club'. Those attending enjoy time to sit and chat, talks on all kinds of topical issues, various crafts and usually finishing up with a thought from the Bible. 10:30am-12.00 noon.

Further a field:  From its beginning the church at Erne West has had a wide interest in the work of Missions at home and abroad. We have a special interest in the work of the Gospel in the Republic of Ireland and have contact with various Christian groups in Dublin, Tipperary, and Mayo. Jill Gowan is serving the Lord in New Tribes Mission College in England and Chris & Jennifer Haaijer are responsible for the work of CEF in Great Britain.
